Payment

Shipping Times
In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days we endeavour to dispatch the same day you purchase. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7 – 14 days. You can chase your Order by e-mail at any time.

Shipping Costs
Postage & Packing within the UK is £1.50 + £0.50 Per Additional Item all items are posted Royal Mail First Class Recorded Beds carry a £5 extra fee to be billed separately International orders please e-mail Sales@e-pawz.co.uk for a shipping quote.


Returns Policy
We will not accept returns of merchandise damaged by your dog or cat. Our custom made dog & cat collars are for decorative use and you should treat these collars as you would your own jewellery. We cannot be responsible if your pet damages a collar. If your item is defective upon receipt please notify us at returns@e-pawz.co.uk within 3 days all returns need to be authorised by Chloe Francis and returned to receive an exchange or refund, all items are checked fully before shipping. There is a £2 shipping & handling fee for exchanges.
