Must I buy online?
Yes at the moment goods are only available to order over the internet but if you have any queries please email us at Info@e-pawz.co.uk and we will answer your question within 24 hours!

Is it safe to shop on the internet?
Yes! Your payment will be made through Paypal using their own super secure server.

How quickly will I receive my goods? In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days we endeavour to dispatch the same day you purchase. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7 – 14 days. You can chase your Order by e-mail at any time.

What currencies do you accept?
We accept payment in UK pounds sterling, US dollars and Euros. We also accept most major credit and debit cards.

Do you deliver abroad?

I’m not sure which size my dog will need?
Measure your dogs neck, chest and body length. Next simply compare your measurements with the size charts found with the individual product descriptions. If you are unsure simply email us and we will endevour to help.
